Summer is just around the corner and what better way to kick it off than with another epic NSFW Takeover before Okanagan summer activities take over our schedules?
Location: The Castle at Swan Lake, Vernon BC
Dates: June 25th, 26th & 27th - with activities happening each day!
We went to battle for you on room rates (seriously, we negotiated until we were blue in the face).
While they did increase a bit from last year - that’s just Okanagan summers for you - we’ve kept weekend passes at the same price.
Unfortunately, the room rates are out of our control and still significantly less than other resorts in the area. Remember - all rooms are full suites and have full kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms in them!
Members have been urging us to open registration ASAP, so here we are!
Registration is officially open with the understanding that more juicy details will be added in the coming weeks as everything gets locked in.

We are going to try to jam pack this weekend with a multitude of activities that will appeal to everyone!

We have brought it to a vote and have removed classes from next years schedule - registration was way down from the previous years and that time/money can be better used for other fun activities!!
​
It will be impossible to do everything, so pick the things that interest you the most and don't forget to leave some down time to hang out with new friends and relax by the pool!!

By popular demand, we are bringing back the epic Karaoke Pool Party!!! We are keeping the room crawl but switching things up a bit! No need to pre-register as a host - you simply open your door and that will signal people to come in and hang out!!!

A $200 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK - EQUAL PAYMENTS FOR THE REMAINDER WILL BE WORKED OUT BASED ON WHEN YOU REGISTER.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORMS MUST BE SIGNED UNLESS PAYING IN FULL - THEN YOU CAN SEND AN ETRANSFER

Methods of payment that will be accepted will be Credit Card or Visa Debit if using our payment plan.
​Final payments must be paid by June 15th by end of business day. If final payment is not recieved, rooms and tickets will be cancelled.l, refunds will not be given for any prior payments.
E-transfer can be used ONLY if paying in full or for your initial $200 deposit.​

Party Pass purchases (this is for those buying only passes) are non refundable HOWEVER they are transferable. We always have a waitlist and will facilitate in transfering those tickets.
​
Pricing includes 3 nights accommodation and your party passes for the entire weekend based on double occupancy in 1 Bedrooms and triple occupancy in 2 Bedrooms- additional guests in your suite over the included 2/3 people, will be charged for party passes and an additional occupancy fee (this is imposed by the resort and not NSFW) Please ask for clarification if need be.

Wednesday and/or Sunday can be added to your stay upon request ONLY until May 30th - after that you may still be able to add additional nights but it will be done through the resort at regular rate and not our discounted rates (you don't want to pay regular rate, I promise you lol)

Weekend Pass - Thursday to Sunday - $395
This option gives you an all access pass to everything without having to stay at the resort. Come and go as you please to enjoy the planned activities, visit friends new and old and lounge by the pool! Alcohol & Food included during planned parties.

Penthouse Suite has exclusive elevator access for that added guest experience. This one bedroom suite has a separate bedroom with King sized bed. The spacious bathroom features a large soaker tub and walk in shower. The large living room has a 40 inch TV with premium channel selection and fireplace. Off of the living room are garden doors that lead out onto a large balcony. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen complimented by a granite breakfast bar enjoy that perfectly prepared meal.

A Queen sized bed with full bathroom amenities can be accessed by a staircase leading to an open upper loft. There are two spacious living rooms for that added comfort. The living room on the main floor features a 40 inch TV with premium channel selection, pull out sofa and fire place. Just off of the open upper loft area is another full living room with a beautiful view of the lake. Refund Policy

​Event tickets purchased without accommodation are non-refundable.
Deposits are Non Refundable ($200)
Square fess of 4% are non refundable
​
- Package pricing is refundable in full until February 1st 2026 (less deposit and fees)
- Package pricing is refundable 75% from Feb 2nd - March 15th 2026 (less deposit and fees)
- Package pricing is refundable 50% from March 16th - May 1st 2026 (less deposit and fees)
- Packages become non refundable after May 2nd 2026 (less deposit and fees).

​Package pricing means the full cost of the package is owed, regardless of when you book, and is simply divided into payments. If you cancel after making a few payments, any refund is calculated based on the total package pricenot just the amount you’ve paid so far. As a result, it’s possible that upon cancellation you may still have an outstanding balance and may not be eligible for a refund.

We typically have a waitlist and I will move heaven and earth to resell your room. If we are able to sell your room, you will receive a full refund in every instance of a cancellation!
We highly recommend purchasing trip cancelation insurance as refunds cannot be guaranteed!
